Daily Structure (Indicative)
This is a rhythm-based experience
rather than a fixed schedule.
Morning
Mindful walking on levadas or coastal
trails
Easy to moderate level, slow pace, with

Integration time: silence, journaling, or quiet presence
No mandatory group activities at night
Guided Journaling
Short daily journaling prompts (10–15 minutes) encourage reflection based on what was felt, noticed, and experienced during the walks and body practices.
Walks
Guided hikes adapted to the group’s energy and weather conditions. Some sections of them — are done in silence,
with a simple focus of attention such as rhythm, breath, effort, or habitual patterns. These observations become material for reflection, not discussion.
Integration Time
One day dedicated to water, rest and integration. Evenings are intentionally spacious, allowing insights to settle through rest, silence, journaling, dancing or quiet presence.
Purpose
The aim is not to reach conclusions or personal breakthroughs, but to develop clearer self-observation, embodied awareness, and inner orientation. Insight arises through simplicity, not intensity.
